Returns are easy! Try on your purchases at home and if you need to return or exchange them, you have 20 days from the delivery date to do so.

All Sample Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

If your order was shipped within the EU, sales tax will be refunded.
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through TORAL-SHOES.COM. You may apply for a refund directly with your local customs office.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all TORAL-SHOES tags attached. Shoe boxes must be returned in perfect condition inside another shipping box.
Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected.
