SHIPMENT & FEES.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for a Size/Colour Exchange or Refund within 7 days of the delivery date of the order. 


Please contact us at returns@toral-shoes.com to inform us of your decision so that we can process your exchange/refund.


/ EXCHANGES & RETURNS FOR NEW/FULL PRICE ITEMS.

Returning an item cannot be any easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to make a return, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to make the exchange or return. Deliver your package to any service point made available by the carrier that delivered the package, and we will take care of the rest. 

Shipping is free on all exchanges within the EU. Customers outside the EU are responsible for return costs and for taxes and duties.

 

/ SHIPPING COSTS FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS  

We do not provide return labels or product changes for orders placed from the following countries:

- Countries outside the European Union.
- Canary Islands.

/ FOR SALE, OUTLET OR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges on sale, outlet or discounted items. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the transport company. All other conditions shall be similar to those of new/full price items.

/ REFUNDS.

Refunds shall be made using the same method used to make the initial payment, or as a credit to the customer’s account for future purchases at toral-shoes.com.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales tax will be refunded.

Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through TORAL-SHOES.COM. However, you can receive a refund by contacting directly with your local customs office.

/ OUR RETURN POLICY.

All items must be returned new, unused and with all TORAL-SHOES tags still attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will be not accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Please contact our customer care team by sending an email to customercare@toral-shoes.com with any questions regarding our return policy.

/ FREQUENT RETURNS.

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do track the number of returns made by our customers. Continuous returns are marked and will be potentially rejected at our discretion and can result in the closing of your TORAL-SHOES.COM account.

/ LATE RETURNS.

Your purchase must be returned within 7 days after the receipt of your order. Any returns made after this period will be accepted at the discretion of TORAL-SHOES.

/ SHOES.

When trying on shoes, make sure not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must include the box, as they are considered part of the product. Place the shoe box inside another box to avoid damage during shipping.
