SHIPMENT & FEES.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for a Size/Colour Exchange or Refund within 20 days of the delivery date.

/ EXCHANGES & RETURNS.
Returns are easy! Try on your purchases at home and if you need to return or exchange them, you have 20 days from the delivery date to do so.
The 20-day period starts from the date the order is delivered to your home address, as indicated by the carrier’s delivery confirmation.
Return costs vary depending on the destination and product type. Below is a summary of the return fees:
/ NEW COLLECTION PRODUCTS (non-discounted)
- Spain: Free returns via prepaid label.
- European Union: Free returns via prepaid label.
- Europe (non-EU): €20.99 return cost.
- International: €24.99 return cost.
For new collection items, TORAL offers one free size or colour exchange per order.
If you wish to return the second pair (after an exchange), the return cost corresponding to your country will be charged.
/ SALE OR PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
- Spain: €8.99 return cost.
- European Union: €16.99 return cost.
- Europe (non-EU): €34.99 return cost.
- International: €34.99 return cost.
/ RETURNS MADE EASY
STEP 1: CONTACT US
Email us at returns@toral-shoes.com with:
- Your ORDER REF.
- Reason for return
We’ll email you a return label to print and attach to your package.
STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR RETURN
- Place the item in its original packaging.
- Seal the box and stick the return label over the original one.
- Drop the parcel at any carrier service point listed on the label.
STEP 3: GET YOUR REFUND
Once we receive and verify the returned item is in perfect condition, your refund will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method.
Please note that the original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

All Sample Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
/ REFUNDS.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
If your order was shipped within the EU, sales tax will be refunded.
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through TORAL-SHOES.COM. You may apply for a refund directly with your local customs office.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
/ RETURN POLICY.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all TORAL-SHOES tags attached. Shoe boxes must be returned in perfect condition inside another shipping box.
Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected.
Products showing signs of wear will not be accepted. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

We monitor customer return activity. Frequent returns may result in account restrictions or closure at our discretion.
/ LATE RETURNS.
Returns received after 20 days from delivery may be refused at our discretion.
