Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to exchange your pair for another size or colour, or to return it. Shoes should be unworn and in their original box. The full procedure is on our exchanges & returns page.

Treat suede with a colourless protector spray before the first wear and brush the nap up again once it has dried. Wipe leather clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat — never on a radiator. Keep your pair in its box between seasons, stuffed with paper so it holds its shape.
